One of the things that I have found interesting working as the wedding photographer for many couples, is just how adaptable you need to be!

As the wedding photographer, it is your job to capture the day as best you can, ensuring that you get the poses and the people that have been specifically requested and more!

Other wedding photographers may suggest otherwise, but I believe that there really is no such thing as a boring couple, but as the wedding photographer it is your imagination and skills that determine the quality of the images that you capture.

Don’t get me wrong, some couples are much easier to photograph than others, but at the end of the day – unless you are very lucky, they are not professional models nor celebrities and are therefore not used to having their picture taken as often as they will do on their wedding day!

I believe strongly that the wedding photographer must take on the responsibility of making the couple relax and enjoy their day, as the wedding photographs will be all the better for it!

Experience counts here, nothing much can prepare you for the mad rush of the wedding day itself! The last thing you need is to be delayed by the wedding photographer who isn’t quite ready yet, ‘thinking time’ is usually in short supply on the wedding day itself.

As the wedding photographer if you are unable to go with the flow and be adaptable to changing moods, lighting, conditions, surroundings and people you simply won’t capture the wedding as best you could.

Those special moments that you ‘hope’ were captured and those that you didn’t even see yourself are gone in a flash, blink and you miss it! As the wedding photographer(s), it is our job to make sure that we capture everything that you would want and more!

Two experienced wedding photographers are not commonly available without heavy charges (or sacrifice in quality) and we feel that in this area we are streets ahead of the competition, or at least – that’s what our happy customers are telling us!
