The Vyne is one of the most stunning wedding venues in Hampshire. Owned and maintained by the National trust and situated closer than you’d think possible to Basingstoke in North Hampshire the Vyne impresses on so many different levels! From its amazing mansion house to the fantastic views across acres upon acres of immaculate gardens, you can’t help but be wowed by this wedding venue!

The Vyne welcomes you along its sweeping gravel drive that leads you to the amazing Tudor House. Dating back to the 1500’s and frequented by Royalty including Henry VIII this is one special venue and an amazing one for any wedding! Incredibly for such a large venue, the wedding facilities and gardens are exclusively yours during your wedding day!

The Vyne is a truly romantic setting for a wedding and certainly one of the most picturesque with its beautiful gardens and surrounding parkland in addition to such a elegant and impressive building!
It is impossible to overstate the sheer scale or beauty of this venue, the Vyne estate totals a staggering 452 hectares! That’s 1120 acres of beautiful formal gardens, an impressive lake and surrounding parkland and woodland!

The main house is fantastic, bursting with character it is one of the most photogenic buildings of its type and offers incredible wedding photography opportunities.
The Vyne is fully licensed for wedding ceremonies and the Stone Gallery offers a fabulously unique setting for your ceremony or civil partnership.
Featuring ornate stone busts and other sculptures, the Stone Gallery dates back to the 1740’s and retains the original flagstone and marble floor creating an interesting alternative wedding setting for up to 80 guests!

If 80 guests sounds a little tame for your tastes, then the Walled Garden will be right up your street! Catering for up to 300 guests the Walled Garden at The Vyne is a spacious and picturesque setting that is spacious yet secluded and the perfect site for a wedding marquee! Set amongst real fruit bearing apple, mango and pear tree’s, these immaculately maintained gardens also benefit from views over the surrounding parkland and fields helping to create a perfect country wedding setting!

For those of you who really appreciate the sparkly stuff, Champagne receptions at the Vyne are held beside the hugely impressive and very photogenic neo-classical portico (big pillars!) of the main house. Located on the North face of the building this is a fantastic setting to meet and greet guests with incredible views over some of the Vyne’s gardens and lake! As you might have guessed, space is not a problem here either and anything up to 300 guests can easily be catered for!
The portico and entrance make for brilliant and dramatic wedding portraits, especially with elegant bridal gowns contrasting with the fantastic aged and weathered look of the stonework and wooden door.

The Vyne also offers another very unique setting for your wedding breakfast or evening reception in their Tudor Brew house. A fantastic traditional stone walled building, The incredible Tudor Brew house makes a perfect setting for more intimate receptions, seating up to 60 guests and suitable for up to 110 for the evening buffet. This unique setting is sure to get your guests talking!
